Dinner #1 - DONE!

We pulled it off.

Not that I ever doubted us. Thursday night was one to remember, and before I get into the nitty-gritty of what’s next, let me take a moment to say THANK YOU.

Never-ending gratitude to our directors — Chris, Erica, and Danny! Thanks to Joe for making us all look way cooler than we are from behind his camera lens, and to Megan (who is writing this right now, actually). Thank you also to Caleb Polley, for his insightful presentation on how to bootstrap a hardware company. I’d thank myself as well, but, well, no.

And of course, thank you to all of you — everyone who attended brought something special, and whether I just met you last night or have known you for years, I couldn’t be more excited about the community we’re building together.

What’s Next

In this order…

1. Please sign up for another dinner! Our next one is April 6th, same time, same place.

2. We are building a community of active participants, emphasis on active. In order to be prioritized for future dinners, please:

  • help another CEO with an Ask (see below), and;

  • refer another CEO to sign up! You can even just post about us on Linkedin with a link to our website (please CC me). We’re building awareness!

3. Please send me feedback! What did you find most valuable? What wasn’t useful at all? Do you have any ideas or changes for next time? I want to know!

4. If you couldn’t access the slides to my happiness and fulfillment presentation, or if you just want to have them on hand, you can find them — along with speaker notes! — here.

5. In the interest of supporting those who support us:

  • If you are looking to get headshots for your team, please reach out to Joe.

  • If you need help with PR and marketing, please make Megan your first call.

  • If you need help with B2B leadgen or ecommerce growth, it’s all about Sean.

  • The next time you’re looking for a show, an event, or a date night, check out the Merc.

And finally, thank you again. We are already looking forward to seeing you at a future dinner! In the meantime, follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn!

Thanks,

Eric!
